Dr. David Resnick and Dr. Debra Ettle committed to helping you with your oral health and stand behind the work that they do.

Dr. David Resnick and Dr. Debra Ettle Graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1992.

Dr's Resnick and Ettle perform a variety of procedures ranging from aiding you with your oral hygiene to orthodontics and dental implants. They utilize an i-Cat 3D cone beam imaging machine to digitally map out your mouth.

Dr. Alex Provo

Dr. Alex Provo joined the Prairie Dental Centers team in 2015. Dr. Alex believes in providing the highest quality dentistry in a caring, friendly and stress free environment. Dr. Alex enjoys all faucets of dentistry and has received advanced training in I.V. sedation, Oral Surgery and Implants and continues to participate in CE courses to maintain his skills and techniques to provide the highest level of care to his patients.

Dr. Alex grew up in Detroit Lakes, MN and earned a degree from the University of North. He majored in Biology and was a member of the football team. He then attended the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. Dr. Alex is excited to be back in northern MN where he lives with his wife and son. He enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, hunting, fishing and going to the lake.
